Welcome to Rocket Age.

Rocket Age is operated by Studio Motto Motto Inc., Montréal, Québec, Canada (“Rocket Age,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing Rocket Age, or using its features, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Rocket Age.

1. Eligibility

Rocket Age is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older.

You may not create an account if you are under 18, if you have previously been permanently removed from Rocket Age for serious violations, or if your use of the service would violate applicable law.

You agree that the information you provide about your age and identity is accurate.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

You agree to:

• provide accurate information;
• keep your login credentials secure;
• maintain only accounts you are authorized to use;
• not impersonate another person;
• not create fraudulent, misleading, automated, or spam accounts.

We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that violate these Terms or create safety risks for other users.

3. Dating and Social Features

Rocket Age provides tools that help users discover, communicate with, and potentially meet other people.

These may include profile browsing, matching, messaging, Dating Games, Signals, Beacons, Party Mode, availability tools, activities, compatibility information, and other social features.

Rocket Age does not guarantee that you will receive matches, messages, invitations, dates, or any particular relationship outcome.

You are responsible for deciding whether, when, and where to communicate with or meet another user.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may submit or share content including profile information, photos, text, prompts, messages, voice recordings, reactions, game responses, Party Mode content, and other material.

You retain ownership of content you create.

By submitting content to Rocket Age, you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, transmit, moderate, and otherwise operate that content as part of the service.

You may not upload or distribute content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

5. Community Guidelines

Rocket Age is built for real people interacting respectfully.

The following are prohibited:

• harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or intimidation;
• hate speech or attacks based on protected characteristics;
• non-consensual sexual content or intimate imagery;
• sexually explicit material that violates applicable platform rules;
• impersonation, fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive behaviour;
• spam, commercial solicitation, or unauthorized advertising;
• promotion or facilitation of violence or serious illegal activity;
• content that infringes another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• attempts to obtain another user’s passwords or private information;
• using Rocket Age to exploit, traffic, coerce, or endanger another person;
• creating accounts for someone else without authorization;
• intentionally circumventing safety, moderation, blocking, or reporting systems.

Child Safety

Rocket Age has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Users may not upload, share, request, promote, facilitate, or engage in content or behaviour involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, including child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, or attempts to sexualize or exploit a person under 18.

Suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation may result in immediate account removal and may be reported to appropriate authorities or organizations where required by law.

Rocket Age is an adults-only service. Users who are determined to be under 18 may have their accounts removed.

6. Reporting and Blocking

Rocket Age provides tools to report content or users and to block other users.

Reports may be reviewed by Rocket Age for safety, policy enforcement, and compliance purposes.

Submitting intentionally false, abusive, or retaliatory reports may itself violate these Terms.

Blocking another user may prevent or limit further interaction between accounts.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content when reasonably necessary to:

• enforce these Terms or Community Guidelines;
• investigate reports;
• protect users;
• prevent fraud or abuse;
• comply with legal obligations;
• maintain the security and integrity of Rocket Age.

Depending on the circumstances, enforcement may include warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

We are not required to disclose every moderation technique or enforcement decision.

8. Real-World Meetings and Safety

Meeting another user involves risks that Rocket Age cannot eliminate.

Use reasonable judgment before meeting someone in person. Consider meeting in a public place, telling someone you trust where you are going, arranging your own transportation, and avoiding situations where you feel unsafe.

Features such as Beacons, availability information, location information, or Party Mode help users coordinate interactions but do not constitute a guarantee that another person is safe, trustworthy, or accurately represented.

If you believe you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

9. Location and Availability

Some Rocket Age features may use location, approximate distance, selected venues, availability, or similar information to provide matching or meeting-related functionality.

You control certain location and availability information through app settings and feature choices.

Do not use Rocket Age to track, stalk, or infer another person’s location without authorization.

10. Purchases, Boosts and Premium

Rocket Age may offer paid features including Boosts, Tactical Mode, Premium memberships, subscriptions, or other digital products.

Prices and availability may vary by platform and region.

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by the applicable platform and are also subject to that platform’s payment terms.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

The price, billing period, renewal terms, and any introductory offer will be displayed before purchase.

Deleting the Rocket Age app or account does not necessarily cancel an active store subscription. Subscriptions should be managed through the platform through which they were purchased.

11. Paid Features Do Not Guarantee Outcomes

Purchasing Premium, Boosts, Tactical Mode, or other paid features may change access, visibility, limits, or functionality inside Rocket Age.

Purchasing a feature does not guarantee:

• a match;
• a message or reply;
• a Rescue acceptance;
• a date;
• increased attraction from another user;
• any specific placement or outcome except as expressly described in the feature.

12. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Rocket Age account through the account-deletion functionality provided in the app.

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, safety investigations, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement.

13. Privacy

Your use of Rocket Age is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and what choices you have.

14. Intellectual Property

Rocket Age, including its software, branding, interface, graphics, game systems, designs, trademarks, and other proprietary materials, belongs to Studio Motto Motto Inc. or its licensors.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Rocket Age or permission to copy, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials except where applicable law expressly permits it.

15. Service Availability

We aim to keep Rocket Age available and functional but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Features may change, be added, removed, restricted, tested, or discontinued.

We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, security, technical problems, or other operational reasons.

16. Disclaimer

Rocket Age provides a platform for users to interact.

We do not control everything users say or do, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, identity, intentions, conduct, compatibility, or safety of any user.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rocket Age is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability or particular dating outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Motto Motto Inc. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from your use of Rocket Age or interactions with other users.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Rocket Age evolves or legal requirements change.

When changes are significant, we may provide notice through the app or other reasonable means.

Continued use of Rocket Age after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Québec and Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other laws that apply to you.
